Dr. DeFranco’s prices are $200.00 initial consultation and $125 for renewals.
You will have to pay the P.A. State Department of Health $ 50.00 once you get approval from Dr.DeFranco. Click on the link on our website home page to connect with the P.A. Department of Health.

Unfortunately, insurance will not cover the cost of medical marijuana evaluations.

You will receive your medical marijuana card  5-7days after your virtual visit and certification with Dr.DeFranco.

Pennsylvania dispensaries offer cannabis flower in its dry form, oils, pills, tinctures, cream, ointments, and liquids. The flower can not be smoked, it has to be vaporized.

When you book appointment through Dr.DeFranco’s website you will receive instructions via email on how to set up your virtual visit for medical marijuana certification. Your virtual visit can be done from your cell phone (iPhone or android) or from your computer.

Can minors qualify for medical marijuana certifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a minor with a qualifying condition can be certified for medical marijuana. Their parent or guardian would have to register with the PA Dept of Health as a caregiver. Unfortunately, 
  Dr, DeFranco  does not see patients under the age of 18 years old.
